• Attempting to convert Virtual Items to money, crypto, or real-world items is forbidden
• Violations may result in account termination without refund
5. Simulated Casino / No Real-Money Gambling
• The Services are for entertainment only. No real money, prizes, or items of value can be won, redeemed, or withdrawn.
• Virtual Items have no cash value and do not constitute gambling. Success in the Services does not predict success in real-money gambling. Unauthorized trading or exchanges of Virtual Items may result in permanent account suspension.

• Termination results in loss of Virtual Items and no refunds except as required by law.
12. Account Deletion
• No account registration is required. Game data stored locally will be deleted when the app is uninstalled.
• Anonymous or aggregated data may be processed by third-party SDKs according to their policies. DEVVVS does not control their retention but requires compliance with data protection laws.
